High quality cooperating teachers are essential to our fellow’s development and success. At The Educator Academy, we envision a city where an equitable education is guaranteed. The Educator Academy recruits and trains teachers for Kansas City schools with the hopes of creating a network of well trained and supported teachers, united in vision, for equitable education of all students in Kansas City. This mission cannot be achieved without the deep commitment from our cooperating teachers committed to building a community of future educators.
Because of the value of essential mentor skills, we compensate cooperating teachers with a stipend of $430.
