Company Values
The Educator Academy works to make an impact in the current education system, while also maintaining organizational and individual sustainability. This looks like inviting team members to give feedback and to reflect so we can adjust our practices as needed. We also intentionally take time to celebrate accomplishments. While there is a lot of work to be done, we also think it’s important to acknowledge and celebrate growth along the way.
As a staff, we work to build genuine relationships amongst ourselves and with our teachers to strengthen our collective impact. We strive to deepen our empathy and commitment to ourselves, our students, team, families, and community. We cultivate communities that ground each person in affirmation, value, support, and safety.
