The Educator Academy believes that the Residency Model is an effective method of preparing teachers to be highly effective in the classroom.

From the application process, to onboarding, to the Residency, our model is purposefully rigorous to prepare teachers for the intensity of the teaching profession.

Throughout the year we offer different opportunities for education advocates, community leaders, and public donors to get a glimpse at the work that we do.
