Background Experience

In order to be eligible for the fellows pathway, you must be employed by a partner school and have at least 8 months of full time instructional experience that includes lesson planning and building relationships with students and families by the time the program starts in June 2025. For Elementary or Middle School candidates, this experience must be in a lead teacher position. For Early Childhood candidates, this experience can be lead teacher or paraprofessional/instructional aide experience.
