The Point

Have you ever felt overwhelmed with the work expected of you as a teacher? Are you dealing with behaviors that seem unending? Do you see yourself being washed away by the ocean tides and unable to swim to the shore, watching yourself as you sink to the sea floor? This article will show the importance of therapy for teachers who may have encountered the same problems I encountered, and how therapy improved my classroom.

Being a teacher is hard work. It can be made even more difficult when our expectations don’t match our reality. Are you a teacher who is feeling overwhelmed? Or like you could use some support? Check out this blog by Chinazom Okagbue where she captures what it’s like to need support and finding that through therapy.
