On Monday, January 21st, 2019, AmeriCorps members and volunteers across the United States will participate in a day of service. The Educator Academy encourages everyone to honor the life and work of Dr. King through a service project on or around this national holiday commemorating the Civil Rights Movement leader. - Canvassing neighborhoods (around the Linwood YMCA) with information about the new common school application – schoolappkc.org
- Shifts available throughout the day
- You can also donate $3 in non-perishable food and/or $3 to help fight community hunger
